After saying Xbox multi-platform game delivery would have "no red lines," Xbox's games chief is now saying they'll go multi-platform on a "game by game basis." Does it make sense?

The big controversy surrounding Xbox pertains to whether or not it plans to keep delivering exclusive games to Xbox customers on console. Microsoft itself doesn't even seem to know yet.
